SHINE MOIST CUT AND COLOR DISCOVERY IN HANOI - VIETNAM
SHINE MOIST recently sponsored its Exclusive Distributor in Vietnam, TRA GIANG INT. CO., LTD in organizing 2 major CUT and COLOR DISCOVERY seminars and workshops in Hanoi .
Spread over 6 days from December 5th-10th, 2005., SHINE MOIST send their International Art Director, Leo Leong over to conduct the Intensive Cut and Color Collection seminars for the capital's top stylists. Leo with 30 years of International experience in Hairdressing and Education had a very heart to heart exchange with the industry's top names. Leo commented, "I m very amazed at the level of enthusiasm and discipline in these people. Every day, we start at 8.30am sharp and end close to 6.00pm for 3 days straight each group and there were no one late or absent for all the seminars." He added, "I have never met a group who were so focused on learning and absorbing whether it was during Theory Presentations or in the Hands-On Workshops! A lot of hairdressers I have met were only interested in the Demos and not keen on Theory. However, I have always emphasized that to be able to do any technique well, one has to understand the fundamentals and principles. For coloring techniques, its not just about achieving the desired effects and results bug also ensuring excellent hair quality." Judging from the survey taken by TRA GIANG during the seminars, the participants were able to use the knowledge,skills and understanding they gain back in their salons and able to solve many technical problems they had in their work. The last day of the 3-day seminars were emotional for many participants and everyone's parting sentence was "When is the next one?" |
